Registration

Registration is free of charge but the school can accept only up to 60 participants. The deadline for inscriptions is September 1st 2010, but we encourage you to register as early as possible.

Travel arrangements

Participants have to make their own travel arrangements to Grenoble. A few information how to reach IRAM headquarters are available here.

Hotels

IRAM will make group reservation in several hotels and inform the registered participants. Prices are typically from 60 to 80 euros/night. Hotels are located in Grenoble downtown, close to all kind of restaurants and to the tram line that can be used to reach IRAM on the University campus.

Travel support

We have limited funding possibilities to support travel and lodging of participants. Please indicate in the registration form whether you wish to apply for such funding. Given the limited budget available, we will have to select the participants that are supported, and we are therefore asking you to send us a CV if you want to apply. The deadline for applying for travel support is June 15th 2010.

In no way we can guarantee a financial support that will cover all your needs and you are therefore invited to ask your home institution for a travel grant in any case. If your participation is granted a financial support, please note we can only support individuals from the European Community and the Associated States (EU FP7 rules applied by RadioNet).

French Action Spécifique ALMA (ASA)

The “Action Spécifique ALMA” from INSU can provide a financial support to scientists affiliated to a French institute. Please contact the ASA for any inquiry.
